Accueil à revoir. La jeune femme qui nous a "accueillis" manque cruellement de professionnalisme. Aucun sourire, aucune information relative a notre sejour. Elle nous a simplement fait payé puis nous a donne notre clé. Cest tout ! Nous avons été obligés de lui demander où nous pouvions stationner, à quelle heure était servi le petit déjeuner, où se situait l'ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres... Le tout en ayant clairement l'impression de la déranger !
La chambre est agréable mais la salle de bains est d'une autre époque !
La salle de restaurant est très sympa et le petit déjeuner est correct.
L'hôtel est bien situé, à 2 pas du musée crozatier.

Restaurant catastrophique, j'ai mangé plus de sauce que de pâte les serveuses ne sont pas agréables et le prix beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à la prestation proposée.
