Thierry Clément is an artisan roaster. Here, we roast with traditional hot-air equipment, whose limited capacity and slow roasting are a guarantee of quality. Discover coffees from around the world and compose your own capsules for your machine with the coffee of your choice. There's also a wide range of over 130 teas and infusions, carefully selected by Catherine (his wife). We also offer chocolates and everything you need to prepare tea. Superbe expérience, à recommander !!!
Nous avons opté pour cet établissement pour prendre un petit déjeuner dernière minute. Excellente expérience de tous points de vue : l'odeur du café quand on rentre, la qualité des produits, les prix, l'ambiance et la déco du lieu et le sourire et les conseils du patron !
J'y retournerai volontiers si je repasse au Puy en Velay.
