A family business specializing in pulses, cereals, seeds, mushrooms and snails since 1819.

In 2019, the Sabarot company celebrated its 200th anniversary. Historically, the first activity was the sorting and sale of the famous green Puy lentil, but it soon expanded to a wide range of pulses and cereals, then dried mushrooms and finally canned snails. Today, the company also sells groceries. Over seven generations, Sabarot has never ceased to develop and to make its image attractive, always placing the Haute-Loire and its jewels at the heart of its products. A good place to bring home local produce.

Boutique moderne qui incite à entrer. Un accueil à la fois professionnel et engageant pour vous conseiller sur la lentille bien sûr, mais pas que !! Si vous passez par Le Puy en Velay, n'hésiter pas à pousser la porte

Une bien belle boutique dans le centre ancien de la belle ville du Puy en Velay, où l'on trouve bien sûr les fameuses lentilles vertes AOC mais aussi tout un tas de produits fins dont les champignons séchés de la région. Nous avons testé les morilles qui sont excellentes preparées dans une sauce au vin jaune...
