Didier Rix is a master pastry chef, chocolatier, confectioner and ice-cream maker known to all. A Valrhona expert, the patisserie offers a range of 25 exclusively homemade chocolates. Throughout the year, you'll also find some thirty small cakes made with praline, ganache, raspberry, coffee, passion fruit, verbena... The colors, textures and fragrances will leave you breathless. La Dentellière, with its roasted almond base, and Coquilles Saint-Jacques, with its shortbread lentil cookie base, are well worth the detour.
