This restaurant, run by three virtuoso chefs of contemporary Latvian cuisine, is often ranked among the best restaurants in Latvia. At its head is Martins Sirmais, a chef who is half charismatic, half crazy. In his establishment with its modern open kitchen, you can enjoy dishes based on local and seasonal products and it is always very creative. It's surprising and tasty, whether it's fish or meat preparations. Finally, a special mention for the original, elegant and cosy setting, where you have the feeling of being in a local's house.
