This huge, old wine cellar, full of nooks and crannies decorated in different, whimsical ways, is not only a beer bar but also a good place to eat and learn about Latvian cuisine, with specialties such as grey peas(pelēkie zirņi) cooked with bacon and onions and served in bread, dumplings accompanied by sautéed sauerkraut... The hardest part will ultimately be choosing the right beer. Ask the staff and, especially on weekends, it's best to make a reservation if you want to eat there. Regular concerts.
