Direction the left bank. Arcada is a shopping center installed in an old and huge wooden house typically Latvian and restored. You will find mainly clothing and decoration shops. If only for the historical interest of the place and the three million invested for the restoration of the building, it is worth a visit. Even if you don't buy anything, it will be an unusual and practical way to take shelter if it rains during your visit to the left bank.
