Right in the center of town, this restaurant, which looks like a cross between an American dinner and a brewpub, prepares its burgers with locally-raised highlander meat, bakery-prepared brioche buns and, for the fries, potatoes that are also grown locally. If you must succumb, this is the place to do it. To go with it, BurgerBārs has a small but interesting craft beer list and, what's more, the staff are lovely.
