If there is a hotel where you should spend a night in Liepāja, it is this one: set in a beautiful building from 1870 in the docks, along the canal. A real luxury hotel with a good restaurant and a nice view, an art gallery, and a room with a fireplace. The rooms are sublime, tastefully decorated with beautiful wooden furniture, comfortable, warm and with large beds. The welcome is excellent. Needless to say, it is better to book well in advance. The plus: the quality of the breakfast and the restaurant in general. A big hit!
