A Sigulda heritage hotel offering comfortable rooms, a conference center and a modern wing.
When the railroad was inaugurated in Sigulda, Duke Kropotkin, a great local aristocrat, had a hotel built to receive wealthy visitors from St. Petersburg and stimulate tourism in his town. This was in 1890. The hotel is now part of the city's historic heritage, and since then, a conference center, modern wing, swimming pool, spa, etc. have been added. Rooms are comfortable and all have flat-screen TVs. The hotel's restaurant combines European cuisine with local Latvian products.
