DON SIMON

Don Simon's is a strange concept, yet it makes sense to combine two cuisines that are among the favorites of gourmets: Japanese and Italian. The menu focuses on sushi and pizzas, but also on fresh pasta (there's even bouillabaisse and salade niçoise, surprisingly). The ingredients come from the market, and the pizza flour is imported directly from Italy. As for the decor, it's two rooms, two atmospheres: Florentine mirror and refinement in one, exhibition kimono and sakura in the other.
