Seated in a 17th-century house, you'll have the opportunity to sample traditional recipes straight out of the Renaissance. Here, the chef revisits the great classics of Lithuanian cuisine with a modern twist. Tasting menus include goose with cabbage and hazelnut sauce, beet soup with lamb and boletus quenelles. Each dish is inspired by a different era, from the 16th to the 17th century. For the sweet side: quince dessert, waffle and bread ice cream, for a very 19th-century ambience. Delicious!
