A gothic cellar decorated with hunting trophies and named after a novel by Mérimée. This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the oldest and one of the best in the city. On the menu, game: wild boar, elk, beaver. Something to be surprised about. However, the tastiest dishes are sometimes unavailable because hunting is not allowed throughout the year. Vegetarian dishes are also available for those who do not like or do not want meat. Each dish can be matched with a suitable wine or beer.
