TUSKULĖNAI MEMORIAL
In Žirmūnų gatvė, Tuskulėnai Park, a memorial (Tuskulėnų rimties parko memorialinis kompleksas) has been erected in honor of 800 Lithuanian partisans exterminated by the KGB after the Second World War. The memorial stands on the site where the remains of those imprisoned and then killed in Soviet secret police prisons were secretly buried between 1944 and 1947. The chapel-columbarium can be visited on request from the museum. Two exhibitions to visit: "The Secrets of Tuskulėnai Manor" and "Project - Homo sovieticus ".
