Vilnius winters can be harsh, so it's great to shop under the high ceilings of the halls! But it's just as pleasant to visit during the other seasons. This imposing 1906 building houses everything you need for shopping: butchers, cheesemongers, greengrocers, fishmongers, flowers, clothes, pastry shops... Let the atmosphere, sounds and smells of the market carry you away, and you'll discover more about Lithuanian tastes. A little coquetry: the glass gallery lining two sides of the market hall.
