Farmers from the Mézenc region have joined forces to restore this 18th-century farmhouse in the traditional style of stone, slate and wood. Upstairs, you'll find a restaurant serving traditional cuisine, mainly based on farm produce, some of which is certified organic. When the season comes, we recommend the Fin Gras du Mézenc and its various cooking methods. The small store on the first floor sells local products.
