Let's mention the setting: a typical mountain house on the Mézenc plateau, with stone walls, slate roof, large fireplaces, large tables, period furniture, and original calades on the floor. Everything here reflects the authentic and rustic history of the house. It is in this warm space that you will taste traditional dishes, such as the fin gras du Mézenc, the poularde à la broche, or the petit salé aux lentilles. Obviously, these are home-made, with local products and if possible organic !
