Here's one of the new town's best places to eat well without worrying about your head or your wallet. A long corridor, exposed brickwork, contemporary art paintings - everything indicates that the menu is geared towards the modern. You'll find a bit of everything here: a few Lithuanian specialties (beef cheek with beet pickles and parsnip purée), a wagyu burger, vegetarian dishes... The menu takes you around the world, but it's very well mastered, and the house cocktails really come into their own. After all, it's the bar that takes up the most space here.
