The former fortress of Kopgalis is the site of Lithuania's most visited museum! Dedicated to the sea, and more specifically the Baltic, it's the perfect visit for families, with its aquarium and rehabilitation center where injured seals and seabirds are cared for before being released. There's also a dolphinarium whose residents are therapists for children with disabilities. To get there, take the ferry from the old port. The landing stage is almost two kilometers away. In summer, a small electric train provides a shuttle service.
