A large white building, built between 1830 and 1835, on the old road linking Warsaw to St Petersburg. He served as a step-by-step position for travellers and écurie for the effort. Tsar Nicolas I and his son Alexander went there for the opening of the road and Honoré de Balzac would have changed his horses during his journey. Today, and since 1992, the building of the former post has been transformed into a school of art and it is possible to go to the exhibitions that take place there.
