A modern and friendly hotel, very comfortable, where French is spoken at the reception. Located in the heart of Kaliningrad, it is just opposite the Amber Museum. The thirty or so rooms are pleasant, well decorated and have all the necessary amenities: television, kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer... On the spot, there are three restaurants: the Dolce Vità, a gastronomic restaurant, is classy and good but a bit expensive. The other two, Usadba and Tchaykovskiy, are more affordable and offer Russian and Baltic cuisine. All are very good.
