Opened in 1980, the Kaliningrad Philharmonic Orchestra Hall is located in the former Church of the Holy Family, which is in Prussian style and has been rebuilt in the same style. Classical music concerts are of very good quality there (as is often the case in Russia, moreover) but here, the city of Kaliningrad is really trying to build an interesting cultural policy valuing the German-Russian past of the city around this place.
