Nous avons effectué un séjour avec ETT au Dallol et notre expérience a été parfaite. Non seulement l’équipe est très sympathique mais en plus très efficace. Après notre séjour au Dallol, ils nous ont arrangé la nuit d’hôtel à Mekele puis le transport jusqu’à Axoum qui était notre destination suivante souhaitée. Notre chauffeur nous a aidé à trouver un hôtel sur place également et le contact local ETT nous a aidé pour le transfert vers l’aéroport le lendemain (la réception de l’hôtel ne parlait pas anglais et ne comprenait pas ce que nous voulions). Durant notre séjour en Éthiopie, si nous n’avions pas internet pour réserver un hôtel ou si nous avions besoin de transferts de ou vers un aéroport, nous appellions ETT car nous étions sûrs d’avoir une réponse immédiate et surtout un service parfait en toute confiance.
Un grand merci surtout à l’équipe d’Addis avec notamment Maria car ils nous ont énormément aidé, gardé nos sacs à l’agence et nous ont déposé en voiture dans Addis à plusieurs reprises pour nous rendre service et sans aucun surcoût. ETT nous a juste incroyablement facilité notre séjour en Éthiopie ! Nous recommandons à 200% !
