EFFOI PIZZA

This local pizza chain has several restaurants in Addis Ababa, but this one is special because it's well placed in Kazanchis, with a nice rooftop to enjoy the view with a good cocktail. It's a slightly expensive but trendy place, which makes "Ethiopian" wood-fired pizzas. Don't expect a Neapolitan work of art, though: the veggie pizza menu features vegetable combinations that are a far cry from Italian combos, but healthy, as well as pizzas made with beef salami. To keep hydrated, a range of fresh teas (mint, thyme...).
