LYCEE FRANCO-ETHIOPIEN GUEBRE MARIAM
The Lycée Franco-éthiopien Guébré-Mariam is a French educational establishment located in Addis Ababa. Founded in 1947, it is part of France's policy of influence in the country. Approved by the French Ministry of Education, it welcomes over 1,800 students, 70% of whom are Ethiopian. The school offers a high-quality environment, with a strong emphasis on welcoming and integrating new arrivals, as well as on the quality of working life for all staff. Educational projects are numerous, varied and rich. The Lycée regularly recruits teaching staff, in particular school teachers, history teachers, SES teachers, Amharic teachers, librarians, educational assistants, PE teachers and materials managers. Previous teaching experience is essential, ideally in a non-French-speaking environment, and a B2 level in English is required. Priority is given to internal candidates, but external applications are also welcome.
