A wealthy Middle Eastern entrepreneur built this phenomenal complex, which never seems to be finished. Only one wing of the hotel is open, the least expensive, with modern, air-conditioned rooms. Those facing the parking lot are preferable, as they are quieter than those facing the street. There's a restaurant and supermarket on the first floor. The building currently under construction will feature suites, a swimming pool, a wellness area with sauna, steam room, gym and restaurant. But the work has already been going on for several years.
