A 20-minute walk from downtown Auckland, this large, world-famous hostel is centrally located and has many amenities, including a rooftop solarium where you can have a barbecue. Dorms and private rooms are available, and there's also a fully equipped kitchen, shared spaces and free wifi access (5 gigs per day). An interesting address in Auckland, a sure value.

A backpacker (hostel) of average quality for the price busy even if you are in Auckland. However, remember to book, because it is very to covet. The evening Éviter Karangahape Road, it is a bit Pigalle of nous. Information elegant: for access, go to the cyber cafe in the corner, less expensive and faster!
