Already established in Le Puy, artisanal fried chicken has found its audience and is now opening in Monistrol too! The program remains the same: everything is homemade and the meat, Label Rouge, is from Auvergne, the potatoes are from Bas-en-Basset, the bread from Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, the coffee from Le Puy, and the beer is also made in Haute-Loire. A student menu and a vegetarian option are also available. The guinguette spirit is reinforced by the large interior courtyard and petanque court. The ideal place for musical evenings!
