Located in the heart of downtown, this café comes highly recommended by locals and is certainly the best in town. It's getting better every year, and is also a bar and restaurant. Not only is the food good, it's also beautifully presented. There's a small garden at the back for when the weather's nice. The place is ideal for breakfast, brunch, morning tea, lunch or afternoon coffee time. Excellent value for money.
