Hamilton is renowned for its magnificent 54-hectare gardens, laid out according to different themes: "Roses", "China", "Italy" and others. Enjoy pleasant walks along the river or Lake Rotoroa. The botanical garden team focuses on the different cultures of the last 4,000 years. More than gardens, they are true places of expression. This public garden is a historic site itself, once home to a shooting range, dog training ground, sand pit and go-karting track. There's a café on site.

Un "must to do" a Hamilton, les différents jardins à thème sont juste splendides, un petit coup de cœur pour le "rose garden" avec ces multitudes de rose de différents couleurs, formes...

Si vous allez à Hamilton, c'est LE lieux à ne pas manquer! L'entrée est gratuite, et vous allez être complètement subjugué par la beauté des lieux! Il s'agit de jardins à thème: jardin chinois, jardin italien, jardin tropical, jardin maori, potager, ... Petit coup de coeur pour le jardin japonais (magnifique avec les couleurs chatoyantes de l'automne)
