Renowned as Waitomo's best culinary break, Huhu Café offers excellent New Zealand cuisine with a focus on local produce. On the menu: lamb burger, parmesan gnocchi, salmon, chicken and steak, all concocted with talent and fresh local produce. The wine list is interesting, offering a tour of the different varietals, as well as craft beer and cider. Chef Cassandra and her wife Kimberley offer all this in a modern fireside space with beautiful views. Accommodation available for group bookings.
