Popular with locals and coffee (and tea) lovers alike, the place attracts visitors for breakfast or simply to meet up and chat. Awa café is a pleasant little place for a coffee or juice, or a bite to eat. All dishes are fresh daily. Its balcony above the harbor is very practical on sunny days. It's owned by the same people as the Awa Motel and the tourist company that takes you to Moutohorā/Whale Island. You can also enjoy wifi on the terrace or inside.
