This cable car ("Gondola" as it's known here) leads to a summit with a splendid view of Rotorua. You can make the round trip in a cabin, or choose to come back down and get your adrenalin pumping! There's no shortage of options, including a 400 m zip-line, a summer toboggan run or a mountain bike trail (if you don't have your own bike, you can rent one on site) The restaurant at the summit serves good food, and, of course, the view is breathtaking, day and night.
