The Rotorua i-Site is very comprehensive and will give you a great overview of what the area has to offer. The staff can even help you with reservations.
The fairly nice building is easy to spot with its bell tower, a good landmark to orient yourself in town.

Bon accueil. Au comptoir possibilité de réserver les billets pour les attractions avec escompte. En plus possibilité de change, douches, consignes...
In addition to being pretty, this building offers many services: information (of course since it is a Tourist Office), but it also has luggage storage and a shower, very useful for backpackers.
