At Titirangi Domain, at the foot of Kaiti Hill, Poho O Rawiri is one of the largest houses in New Zealand, opened in 1930. It is one of the largest and most important marae in the country. It has superb Maori sculptures. Right next door is the small church of Toko Toru Tapu.
