The Botanist is 100% vegetarian (or even vegan) and 100% delicious! It's one of Lyall Bay's must-visit spots, where locals gather to share a drink or a dish. It's also a must for anyone interested in a meat-free, fish-free or even dairy-free diet. The inventiveness shown in revisiting certain classics is astonishing (a fish'n'chip without fish, that's something) and the taste is always there. You'll want to come back and try it all!
