LUCKY BURGERS

Lucky, in Wellington, is an institution; the pressed pink and neon green letters of its logo are well known to the locals, and its kiosk on Courtney Place is the preferred option for night-time wanderers or daytime wanderers. Only three burgers on the menu, simple and effective recipes with chicken (the Bomber), halloumi (the Happy) or both (the Jackpot!), always to take away. Its growing success has enabled it to expand its clientele to include downtown workers, with the opening of a^2nd location in Press Hall, on Willis Street.
