As its name suggests, "The Lighthouse" is a former lighthouse. Converted into a B&B, it's now a delightfully unusual accommodation, very comfortable with a fitted kitchen, bedroom and living room on the top floor. So much fun! Just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the city center, the Lighthouse is located in the pretty Island Bay district, a stone's throw from the city's iconic walking routes such as the "City to sea", linking the city center to Island Bay, or the walk to Red rocks and the fur seal colony.
