Crumpet The Boon Brothers Trading Co, better known as "Crumpet", is a small institution in Wellington. Locals love this little cocktail bar with its mismatched chairs and tables reminiscent of old French bistros. The vintage decor and subdued lighting are complemented by excellent cocktails, each more original than the last, and with good reason: there's no menu here, all cocktails are made to order, according to the customer's tastes and desires. For those not keen on cocktails, Crumpet also has a fine selection of house sodas.
