Located in an attractive converted hangar at the end of a small alley, a stone's throw from Cuba Street, Choice Bros. (formerly "Husk bar") is one of the city's up-and-coming breweries. With over 15 draught beers and a wide selection of wines, liqueurs and cocktails (including a few "aged barrel cocktails"), you're spoilt for choice. But it's not all drinking! Open from early morning, it's an original address for brunch, with a menu that has nothing to envy from more classic addresses.
