The Malthouse is yet another establishment that has chosen to dedicate itself body and soul to the cause of good beer in Wellington, and it's not for the faint-hearted. For almost 30 years, the Malthouse has been promoting and popularizing craft beer, and their selection, with 30 draught beers and almost 140 different bottles, is the widest in the city. Originally located on Willis street, the bar moved to Courtney place before returning to its roots and relocating to Willis street in 2022.
