Always dreamed of taking up cutlery? Now's your chance! Simon, a highly-skilled amateur cutler, offers to guide you in the creation of a knife from A to Z. The starting point is a block of raw steel, which is slowly but surely forged into a blade of your choice of design, before a wooden or rope handle is created. We follow an old-fashioned process: hammer, anvil, bellows forge, then more recent machines to cut, refine and sharpen. It's an incredible experience, and the final result is breathtaking!
