This master pastry-baker, chocolatier and creator since 1985, offers quality products made with locally-produced flours (organic rye from the GAEC des Rives in Saint-Privat-du-Dragon) and, for the rest of the production, T65, grits, corn and others, from a small family mill, the Valty flour mill in Sauxillanges. Viennoiseries, panettones, macaroons, homemade gingerbread made with local honey by Frédéric de Paulhaguet, meat pies, puff pastries... You'll find creations for all your events.
