Ben ha sido un guía excelente. Hemos podido ver los animalitos de cerca y en su estado natural aunque no sea la época. El momento para ver crías es en primavera neozelandesa. Vale la pena, recomiendo.

One of the best experience I've ever had.

What a find! We did the 4WD tour with kayak in March. We saw lots of wildlife, including 2 penguins which I didn't think we would see because we were there in mid March. Banks peninsula is beautiful as is Flea Bay. Ben was a great guide - very informative and friendly. I am thankful for all the penguin conservation work that they do and hope the colony size continues to increase.

Great day out. Ben was helpful and informative. We saw hector dolphins, lots of seals and luckily a few penguins even though it's not the right time of year. The hike through the forest as very pretty and well worth it.

We did the 4wd and kayaking. Such an amazing experience. Our guide Vila was awesome and we were lucky enough to have her to ourselves! Beautiful drive to get there and you launch from a private beach on a farm. Loved it!

Amazing Kayak Safari in Flea Bay. Guide was very friendly and told us a lot about the wildlife around Akaroa. Were also lucky to see dolphins coming very close to us on the kayaks. Definitly recommended :-)

We took this trip as a family yesterday and couldn’t have had a better time. We saw penguins and baby seals and dolphins swam around our kayaks! The guides were super friendly and knowledgeable - thank you for a fantastic morning no doubt a highlight of our holiday in Akaroa

A truly educational, fun and inspiring tour - thank you Joey and the rest of the team for doing what you do. It’s not just the tours and teaching the public about penguins and conservation in general, it’s also about going one step further to give back to nature and ensure survival of the species. The passion is palpable and contagious. Also, love that a penguin was named Fluffy Waffles!

We loved our tour! Initially we wanted the kayak tour but because of weather pivoted to the walking tour and it ended up being amazing. We met penguins, seals, countless birds, and sheep. Our guide was so knowledgeable and cared a lot about the ecosystem and environment. It's very clear that everyone in this conservation mission really cares and believes in their mission.

Definitely book and go to a evening tours to see penguins! The guides were very nice and told us lots of info related to the town, area and penguins. I do enjoy the evening and the tour and would also join 1 again if I have a chance visiting the area.

My wife and I went out on the half day tour, and it was amazing! Our guide knew so much, and was so passionate about her work. We saw so many beautiful places, and hearing about the story of this area really brought a deeper connection. When we come back, we will be joining another of these tours!

We had booked the package with overnight stay. However, when we registered we were told that it was not penguin season. We were a little disappointed at first, but let the adventure come to us. We had a great guide who told us a lot about Akaroa on the way to the bushwalk. The bushwalk was a first highlight, the overnight stay in the treehouse was fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped and the toilets are clean. In the night you can see the beautiful starry sky and hear various animals. Even possums ran across the treehouse roof. The next morning Ben showed us 3 penguins in the Moult season. The trip was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone who loves nature and adventure!!! Thanks to the friendly team!

To be honest I was not entirely sure what to expect when it came to the evening penguin tour. Ultimately it was the positive reviews on Google that lead to me booking the tour for myself and my husband; so after doing the tour ourselves I figured I'd leave my feedback. It was absolutely wonderful! Joey was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. I highly recommend booking the tour to anyone curious about it. We saw so many penguins and the drive to the farm was picturesque.

Outstanding tour with Viola at Pōhatu penguins!! We had an amazing time. Viola is an excellent guide - so knowledgeble and passionate. Pōhatu penguins works on conservation and research so you know that the money for your tour is going to a good cause. We had an incredible kayak ride. The equipment was great, we always felt safe, and we had a blast. And we got to see penguins and fur seals and lots of other wildlife. What a spectacular day! Highly recommended!

Encore merci !

Awesome tours - we did the evening penguin walk and the kayaking tour the next day. We saw penguins, an eel, sheep, several native bird species. The drive was a bit nerve-wracking with narrow road and cliff side views - I was super happy not to be driving ????. We stayed in Akaroa specifically to get a ride for the tours. I would strongly recommend not doing the self-drive unless you have a ton of experience driving on 4wd tracks. On the kayak tour, we saw swimming penguins and lots of seals. We would definitely do this again.
