On the shores of Lake Wanaka, this upscale resort features fourteen self-contained studios, ten stylish one- to three-bedroom apartments and a vacation home. The units are spacious, very comfortable and modern. Only the studios have an unobstructed view of the lake, but the whole is very contemporary and cozy. The Moorings is suitable for solo backpackers, couples and families. Your hosts, Jenny and Peter, have enjoyed welcoming travelers from all over the world for almost ten years.
