A gourmet address on the border between Haute-Loire, Lozère and Ardèche. Here, everything is homemade, and you'll enjoy copious, delicious plates, flavored with the multiple flavors of farm produce. Chef Cédric's specialties include not only the traditional tête de veau, but also his omelettes with fresh mushrooms. You'll leave with a full belly, and can even buy local farmhouse cheeses, charcuterie, wine... Beware, it's very busy at lunchtime in summer, so book ahead to enjoy the shady terrace.
