HÔTEL ZETTA * * * *
Hotel located at the convergence point between Union Square and Soma with urban decor and a warm interior and S&R lounge
Located at the convergence of Union Square and SoMa, where it's super fun to stroll, it plays the trendy, high-tech card to appeal to a younger clientele. What we like here is the mix of urban decor and warm interior. In the lobby, the S&R Lounge offers the opportunity to get to know each other over cocktails, billiards, video games or shuffleboard. Zetta is a great address for those looking for a trendy Californian experience. On-site: restaurant and bar.

Rooms were not in good condition bed was not as pictured, bathroom dirty. Could tell the room had been used a lot, lots of wear and tear.
Location was amazing, building secure.
This hotel is more of a decorated hostel vs an experience hotel. The rooms are pretty subpar from pictures and quite dusty (there was actually a purifier in our room to help support air quality ). If you’re on a budget, the hotel isn’t that bad (besides the rats). But if you want a good experience at a clean + functional hotel, go elsewhere.
Side note - I told the lady at the front desk there was a rat in the lobby and she didn’t seem to care. But maybe they are just used to those kind of things.
