The Yotel, housed in a historic hotel that survived the 1906 earthquake, has cramped budget rooms with ultra-modern design, changing lights, sockets everywhere, a giant screen to which you can connect your phone... In comfort capsule mode. On the other hand, the toilets are open, which can quickly become stuffy, and the prices are quite high for the space of the rooms. The main drawback is the neighborhood, between the Tenderloin and Civic Center, which is full of drug addicts.

1. Uncomfortable rooms ("sky rooms");
2. Poor "breakfasts";
3. Unreasonable withdrawal of funds from the deposit for using the minibar, which was not even in my room! This is not acceptable;
4. The hotel is located in the worst district of San Francisco.
The staff does not respond to my complaints about erroneous withdrawals. They say that "they found two empty water bottles in my room." At the same time, they knew perfectly well that there was no minibar in my room, and there could be no use of it.
Thus, I regard such actions of the hotel staff as petty fraud.
P.S. Eventually, extra funds were paid back on my card. Thanks.
