A charming and peaceful 3-star hotel with newly renovated rooms
A pleasant French-style stopover just two blocks from Union Square. Monsieur and Madame Lambert, from Orléans, brought this charming, peaceful 3-star hotel to life for over 50 years, before handing it over again. The rooms are bright and modern, and the hand-painted walls are well worth a visit. In the cellar, you'll find the Jeanne d'Arc fine-dining restaurant, with its knightly decor and open to all. We recommend this original address!

Completely renovated, mixing the charm of the past and modern amenities, the Cornell Hotel is unique and distinctly European, easy going, and profuse with art and history.
Each hallway features fine prints of a single artist: Modigliani, Matisse, Chagall, Gauguin,Toulouse Lautrec...the first floor being devoted to Jeanne D’Arc.
Individually decorated, each room is equipped with cable television and telephone with private voice mail.
On the lower floor cold drinks are available, ice is at the patrons’ disposal and Restaurant Jeanne D’Arc offers authentic French cuisine in a romantic setting.

Close to Union Square and lots of transport stops. Right on the cable car line at the top of one of the very steep hills! I would gladly stay here again.
- 沒有電梯，但員工會幫忙把行李拿去房間，員工非常親切熱情。
- 室內沒有空調，有電扇，不過5月天氣不冷沒什麼問題。不確定7-8月如何。
- 建築本身感覺較有年代，地板是地毯式的，或許比較難打掃乾淨？一進去就有點過敏????
- 一樓有供應咖啡????????
- 房間內沒有冰箱
- 熱水很穩水量很大????????
- 交通方便，徒步可到的範圍有不少餐廳跟雜貨店（買水很方便）。
