Open since 1998, this French-style bistro offers only the classics: marrow bones, quenelles, pig's feet, salted lentils, cassoulet, coq au vin... It must be said that the owner (and chef) Philippe Jeanty, who arrived in California at the end of the 1970s, was born in Epernay (in Champagne) where he learned the trade. It is him who, in 1977, opened the first good table in Yountville.
